My devotional today asks “how bad is sin?”
It is so bad that if we fall into sin, we need to to turn to Jesus and repent immediately.
May I rejoice to bring my sins to the cross through the Sacrament of Reconciliation. May I rejoice to hate sin, love sinners, and worship Jesus. May I rejoice to resist temptation. May I rejoice with all the saints and angels over one sinner who repents. May I rejoice that Jesus is my Savior and deserves all my thanks, worship, obedience, and love forever. May I rejoice in His promises: Psalm 138: 6-8
By the way, Friday is the First Friday of the Month. Confession and Mass make a mighty combination!
